WEST MAPLE - Little Medical School - Wilderness Medicine (Grades K-5)

In this 6-week course, students will learn how to identify poisonous snakes and treat a snake bite, learn how to apply a tourniquet and splint a broken leg, discuss ways to clean water so it is safe to drink and use, practice treating hypothermia and receive their own thermal blanket, and much more! Students will receive a diploma when they graduate at the end of the course.  NOTE:  THERE IS A MATERIALS FEE OF $20 PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. For more information, visit
