FIT YOGA (3 weeks)

This class will consist of warm-ups and sun salutations followed by a sequence of poses designed to build strength and improve balance and flexibility. By focusing on connected breath and movement, energy blockages are released in both the body and mind, resulting in an overall sense of peace and relaxation. Some experience is recommended but not required, as modifications will be offered. Bring a mat and any other optional props you may need to help facilitate your practice (i.e., blanket, yoga blocks, strap).
