Personal Fitness is a required course which will include individual sports, aquatics, team sports, weight training, heart rate monitor and C.P.R. Opportunities are presented to improve the five areas of health-related fitness including: cardiovascular efficiency, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and body composition. Students will engage in classroom experiences which emphasize personal lifestyle decisions related to reducing cardiovascular risk factors.
