Run, jump and throw a Frisbee.  Train like the athletes as they trained in the Olympics.  This is an outdoor camp that will teach exercise to strengthen and build muscles.  There are various field and track events like the standing long jump, the Frisbee throw, the baton relay that will build self-esteem as campers reach their goals.  At the end of the week campers will cool off with some old fashion water games.  Bring sun screen, a snack and beverage.  Presented by Kathy Segal. Location: Berkshire Middle School, Room 108
